Si tratta di due piani strettamente intrecciati e che devono essere sostenuti da un investimento strategico sulle infrastrutture sociali come gli asili nido fondamentali a ridurre le disuguaglianze di partenza e a liberare il tempo delle donne e metterle concretamente in condizione di lavorare e contribuire al benessere e la crescita”.
