Il contributo vale per aprile e maggio 2020 e, viene spiegato nella relazione, “è compatibile con il reddito di emergenza e il reddito di cittadinanza”. Il costo dell’intervento è stimato in 75 milioni di euro e la misura è adottata “in considerazione dell’emergenza epidemiologica da #Covid-19, nelle more della definizione di una più organica disciplina”.
