Sanzioni fino a 672 euro per chi usa i parcheggi blu senza autorizzazione.
Roma, 9 novembre 2021 – Il Senato ha approvato in via definitiva il disegno di legge di conversione del Decreto Infrastrutture, approvato lo scorso settembre dal Consiglio dei Ministri.
Fra le varie modifiche al Codice della Strada, il decreto contiene anche alcune novità per le persone con disabilità. Dal 1° gennaio 2022, infatti, si autorizzano i veicoli al servizio di persone con disabilità munite del relativo contrassegno a sostare gratuitamente nelle aree di sosta o parcheggio a pagamento, qualora risultino già occupati o indisponibili gli stalli a loro riservati. Inasprite anche le sanzioni relative all’utilizzo indebito di tali strutture di sosta. In particolare, si prevede una sanzione da 168 a 672 euro (a legislazione previgente da 87 a 344 euro) per chi utilizza gli stalli senza autorizzazione e una sanzione da 87 a 344 euro (a legislazione previgente da 42 a 173 euro) per chiunque usi le strutture, pur avendone diritto, senza osservare le condizioni ed i limiti indicati nell’autorizzazione rilasciata.
Una nuova misura, introdotta nel corso dell’esame presso la Camera dei deputati, prevede poi semplificazioni per il riconoscimento delle agevolazioni fiscali che sono riconosciute per l’acquisto dei veicoli da parte dei soggetti con ridotte o impedite capacità motorie permanenti. In dettaglio, si dispone che per il riconoscimento delle agevolazioni previste dall’articolo 8 della legge 27 dicembre 1997, n. 449, relative all’acquisto di veicoli, i soggetti con ridotte o impedite capacità motorie permanenti abilitati alla guida presentino una copia semplice della patente posseduta, ove essa contenga l’indicazione di adattamenti, anche di serie, per il veicolo agevolabile da condurre, prescritti dalle commissioni mediche locali di cui all’articolo 119, comma 4, del codice della strada.
