20 aprile 2022 – L’Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro (INL) ha avviato un’iniziativa di vigilanza e di enforcement in materia di prevenzione dei disturbi muscoloscheletrici (DMS), in adesione agli obiettivi 2020-2022 programmati dal Comitato degli Alti Responsabili degli Ispettorati del Lavoro (SLIC).
L’iniziativa si inscrive nel progetto più ampio della Campagna EU-OSHA ‘Ambienti di lavoro sani e sicuri. Alleggeriamo il carico!’, dedicata alla sensibilizzazione e alla prevenzione dei disturbi muscoloscheletrici lavoro-correlati. La Campagna è portata avanti, a livello nazionale, dal Focal Point istituito presso l’Inail, nel cui board ANMIL è membro attivo.
In questo contesto, all’interno dello SLIC è stato istituito un gruppo di lavoro ad hoc per la gestione della Campagna. L’INL, dal canto suo, ha annunciato il lancio dell’iniziativa focalizzata principalmente sul settore dell’Edilizia e sul settore relativo alle attività di Trasporto e Corriere.
Nell’ambito dell’iniziativa, saranno diffusi i risultati delle analisi e le informazioni scaturiti dalla collaborazione con l’EU-OSHA e i Focal Point nazionali. In secondo luogo, sarà promossa la collaborazione tra i portatori di interesse (datori di lavoro, parti sociali, enti pubblici e privati, e così via), finalizzata allo scambio delle buone prassi in materia di prevenzione e contrasto dei DMS nei luoghi di lavoro. In terzo luogo, sarà sostenuta la valutazione del rischio specifico e la messa in campo delle idonee misure di gestione prevenzionistica.
