Roma, 1 giugno 2021 – Nel Decreto Semplificazioni ci sarà anche l’estensione del superbonus all’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche, e meno burocrazia per l’accesso agli sgravi fiscali per le realtà sociali, insieme a percorsi più veloci per la disability card. Sono alcune delle novità annunciate dal ministro per le disabilità Erika Stefani.
“Sono felice – dice il ministro – di aver contribuito a inserire misure fondamentali di forte agevolazione all’inclusione in diversi settori. In particolare, l’estensione del superbonus anche per i lavori di rimozione delle barriere può rappresentare finalmente un punto di svolta nella progettazione e nella realizzazione di interventi accessibili. Ed è inoltre un importante volano per l’economia”.
Nelle misure studiate a sostegno delle disabilità si aggiungono inoltre nuovi criteri in materia di sgravi fiscali a favore delle Organizzazioni non lucrative di utilità sociale, che si occupano dei servizi socio sanitari assistenziali per le persone con disabilità, come i Centri diurni e le Rsa. Ed è stata anche approvata una misura per accelerare l’iter di adozione della disabilty card.
“Nel Decreto Semplificazioni si conferma così un’attenzione specifica alle disabilità e si introducono misure, che anche sul versante economico, potranno garantire incentivi e risparmi per tante famiglie e nel contempo rappresentare un’opportunità di rilancio per diversi comparti”, conclude il ministro.
