A dirlo è stato il presidente dell’Inps Pasquale Tridico in audizione in Commissione Affari sociali alla Camera sul disegno di legge di delega al Governo in materia di disabilità.
“Per assolvere questo compito però – ha aggiunto – l’Inps deve essere dotata di adeguate strutture e di risorse umane”. La scelta di un soggetto unico, ha aggiunto Tridico “assicura omogeneità di valutazione e semplificazione del procedimento nel suo complesso” oltre a “garantire parità di trattamento sull’intero territorio nazionale” e “influisce positivamente nella gestione del contenzioso giudiziario”. Tridico ha quindi sottolineato “la consolidata esperienza maturata dall’Inps nella gestione e nel monitoraggio delle attività dedicate al mondo della disabilità”.
