Dati INAIL: gap salariale e infortuni donne

Roma, 11 marzo 2022 – In occasione della Giornata internazionale dell’8 marzo, la Consulenza statistico attuariale dell’INAIL ha disegnato la panoramica sulle differenze di genere in termini salariali e sugli infortuni sul lavoro delle lavoratrici.
In linea generale, nell’UE, la differenza di retribuzione tra uomini e donne è pari al 14,1%: le donne, quindi, guadagnano 86 centesimi per ogni euro guadagnato dagli uomini e avrebbero bisogno di lavorare due mesi in più per compensare questa disparità.
Tuttavia, il divario salariale varia tra i Paesi UE. Si passa dal 5% (Lussemburgo, Italia e Romania) a più del 19% (Austria, Germania, Lettonia, Estonia).
Inoltre, il tasso di occupazione femminile è in calo. Rispetto alla media europea, soprattutto, la situazione italiana è peggiore: solo il 50% delle donne è occupata contro il 68% degli uomini, mentre in Unione europea il divario è di 67,3% di donne occupate contro il 79% degli uomini.
La pandemia, inoltre, ha pesato negativamente, posto che sul calo complessivo dell’occupazione nell’anno 2020 pesa il trend negativo per le donne, attestatosi a -3,8%.
Fino al mese di ottobre, le denunce d’infortunio pervenute all’Inail che hanno riguardato le donne nel 2020 sono in aumento rispetto al 2019 (+5,9%). Si tratta di un balzo di sette punti percentuali (42,8% del totale) rispetto al periodo 2016-2019 (35,9%).
Pesano, inoltre, i contagi professionali da Covid-19: quasi sette contagi su 10 riguardano le lavoratrici.
