Roma, 29 ottobre 2020 – Pazienti ospitati nelle ambulanze invece di essere portati nei reparti, mancanza di personale medico. È ciò che accade in diverse realtà d’Italia. A Genova ad esempio e nell’intera area ligure la situazione Covid sta per esplodere.
Secondo la Cgil c’è una situazione di “delirio nei Pronto Soccorso dell’area metropolitana genovese dove la situazione è fuori controllo”. “Al Pronto Soccorso dell’Ospedale Galliera ci si sta organizzando per posizionare parte dei pazienti positivi nella camera calda delle ambulanze (zona adiacente entrata Pronto Soccorso); il numero di posti letto per pazienti Covid positivi, stabilito per la fase 4 dal Piano di preparedness in massimo di 129, è ampiamente superato risultandoci ricoverati 139 pazienti più, presenti al Pronto Soccorso, altri 38 positivi”, scrive Maurizio Gualdi, segretario generale Fp Cgil Genova insieme a Luca Mantero, referente della Fp Cgil al Galliera. “Analoga la situazione al Villa Scassi dove questa mattina gravitavano 116 pazienti di cui 60 in area “sporca” di Pronto soccorso (alcuni in attesa di tampone) e 12 con il casco CPAP.
Continuano a salire le persone che finisco in ospedale per il covid-19 in Liguria. Ce ne sono 924,42 in più rispetto alle 24 ore precedenti. In terapia intensiva ci sono 46 malati, uno in più di ieri. I decessi sono 15, per un totale da inizio pandemia di 1733, e tutti avvenuti in ospedali genovesi tranne uno al San Paolo di Savona. L’età media delle vittime, 7 donne e 8 uomini, è di 83 anni. I nuovi positivi sono 926 a fronte di 6340 tamponi: ieri erano 1127 su 6357 test. L’area metropolitana di Genova è quella dove il virus circola di più: 682 nuovi casi, seguita dallo Spezzino con 91, l’Imperiese con 77 e il Savonese con 65. Nella Asl4 del Tigullio i nuovi positivi sono 11. Complessivamente i positivi sono 12.311, 192 più di ieri. In provincia di Genova sono 8290, alla Spezia 1299. In isolamento domiciliare ci sono 6554 persone, 479 più di ieri, in sorveglianza attiva ce ne sono 5854, 295 più di ieri. Il presidente della Regione Giovanni Toti cerca di correre ai ripari e chiede di potere “assumere a tempo indeterminato personale medico per l’emergenza covid. Assumere nel sistema ospedaliero medici non specializzati. Assumere infermieri anche se non hanno ancora completato il corso di studi con iscrizione all’Ordine”. Sono le tre priorità indicate al Governo. “Invece di imporre chiusure dal sapore punitivo che di fatto penalizzano sempre i soliti lavoratori, ecco cosa potrebbe fare il Governo per aiutare concretamente il Paese a superare una delle emergenze più difficili che si sia mai trovato a gestire” commenta.
