25 marzo 2020 – La circolare contiene chiarimenti riguardanti alcune misure contenute nel decreto-legge del 17 marzo 2020 n. 18, tra cui: l’aumento dei giorni di permessi lavorativi ex lege 104\92 (traducibile in 12 giorni extra nei mesi di marzo e aprile), rivolti a genitori di figli con disabilità grave e non ricoverati a tempo pieno, coniugi, parenti e affini entro il 2° grado di persone con disabilità grave e a lavoratori con disabilità grave; l’equiparazione al ricovero ospedaliero delle condizioni di rischio derivanti da immunodepressione o da esiti di patologie oncologiche; il diritto al lavoro agile e ai congedi parentali per genitori.
