I due avrebbero costretto 4 cittadini indiani a lavorare nelle campagne di Laterza (Taranto) per 12 ore come addetti alle attività agricole e di pastorizia pagando loro un salario inferiore ai livelli retributivi previsti. L’imprenditore è accusato di aver violato inoltre le norme contrattuali a tutela e salute dei lavoratori per cui gli sono state contestate sanzioni amministrative per 3600 euro e ammende per 27.900 euro.
