Nella giornata delle celebrazioni per il 27˚anniversario della strage di via D’Amelio è la figlia di Borsellino, in un’intervista al Quotidiano del Sud, a sparigliare il clima di ritualità con accuse dirette e precise all’indirizzo dei magistrati. Fiammetta Borsellino parla di una lettera firmata dall’ormai ex procuratore generale della Cassazione, Riccardo Fuzio, che le è stata inviata ieri e la definisce: “l’ultimo affronto, da parte di uno Stato che non ha mai voluto fare niente per individuare i veri colpevoli del depistaggio sulla morte di mio padre”
L’ex procuratore Fuzio le ha scritto una lettera “incredibile e vergognosa, nella quale dice di non essere riuscito a far nulla per avviare un’indagine per l’azione disciplinare nei confronti dei magistrati coinvolti nell’inchiesta sul depistaggio, indagati dalle procure di Messina e Caltanissetta: un’indagine che avrebbe dovuto portare ad individuare i magistrati responsabili del depistaggio”. Fuzio, prosegue Fiammetta Borsellino, “sostiene di non avere avuto il tempo di occuparsi di questa vicenda perché era impegnato in altre vicende giudiziarie. Quali lo abbiamo scoperto in queste ultime settimane, perché era occupato a pilotare con Luca Palamara le nomine dei procuratori di Roma, Torino ed altre procure. Una vera e propria indecenza, si è consumato da solo”.
Allo Stato, la figlia di Paolo Borsellino chiede: “Semplicemente di fare il proprio dovere. Questa è una storia molta amara, se ognuno avesse fatto il proprio dovere, di non girarsi dall’altra parte, non avremmo magistrati indagati e poliziotti indagati. Semplicemente fare il proprio dovere dare un contributo di onestà da parte delle istituzioni”.
Rispetto alla commemorazione dell’anniversario di via D’Amelio, il Presidente di ANMIL, Zoello Forni, ha espresso la sua più viva commozione sottolineando con forza l’importanza di un mondo del lavoro libero dall’illegalità. Secondo gli ultimi dati INAIL, su 15.828 aziende ispezionate nel 2018, l’89,35% sono risultate irregolari. I lavoratori regolarizzati in seguito ai controlli sono stati 41.674, di cui 3.336 in nero. Sono state inoltre accertate retribuzioni imponibili evase per circa 3,5 miliardi di euro e sono stati richiesti premi per circa 76 milioni. Per Forni “la criminalità organizzata è diventata negli anni un fattore negativo di grandi dimensioni nel mondo dell’economia e quindi contro i diritti del lavoro. Un fenomeno non più arginabile con i soli controlli ma anche attraverso la diffusione della cultura della legalità e con leggi che non lascino alcuna possibilità di penetrazione alle organizzazioni criminali. La particolarità del lavoro nero è quella di non essere percepibile. E questo lo sanno bene le organizzazioni criminali che lo utilizzano a piene mani producendo anche forme inedite di schiavismo”. Forni ha ricordato la frase di Falcone: “Il vigliacco muore più volte al giorno, l’uomo coraggioso una sola”.
