Roma, 9 luglio 2020 – L’Associazione per la libertà e la ricerca scientifica Luca Coscioni, ha inviato una diffida all’Agenzia delle Entrate per discriminazione verso le persone con disabilità visiva chiedendo che vengano predisposti tutti gli accorgimenti affinché il cosiddetto “Bonus vacanze” possa essere richiesto anche dalle persone cieche e ipovedenti. Si tratta di una delle misure del Governo introdotte dal “Decreto bilancio” (art. 176 del DL n. 34 del 19 maggio 2020) per sostenere i cittadini dopo l’emergenza coronavirus e prevede un contributo fino a 500 euro per i nuclei familiari con ISEE inferiore a 40.000 euro utilizzabile nelle strutture turistico-ricettive sul nostro territorio nazionale. Il bonus può essere richiesto attraverso la app IO, l’applicazione dei servizi pubblici, scaricabile gratuitamente qui, che però risulta essere poco accessibile alle persone con disabilità visiva. L’applicazione non supporta gli screen reader per cui chi vede poco o non vede affatto si trova nell’impossibilità di richiedere e fruire al pari di tutti gli altri cittadini cosiddetti “normodotati” del credito di imposta vacanze.
