23 settembre 2020 – Premiare le aziende che si impegnano concretamente per la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori, in base ai risultati gestionali raggiunti: è questa la finalità del premio Imprese per la sicurezza, giunto quest’anno alla settima edizione e realizzato da Inail e Confindustria, con la collaborazione tecnica di Apqi (Associazione premio qualità Italia) e Accredia (Ente italiano di accreditamento). L’iniziativa, alla quale è possibile iscriversi a partire entro le ore 14 del 30 ottobre prossimo compilando l’apposito modulo di registrazione sul sito di Confindustria, utilizza un modello riconosciuto a livello internazionale e premia l’intero processo aziendale, considerando la tutela della salute e della sicurezza parte integrante della gestione dell’azienda.
La partecipazione al concorso è consentita alle aziende produttrici di beni e servizi, anche non iscritte a Confindustria, con riferimento a tutti gli stabilimenti con sede in Italia. Possono aderire le singole imprese, anche appartenenti a gruppi, mentre sono esclusi, in base alle modalità previste dal regolamento disponibile online sui siti di Inail e Confindustria, gruppi di imprese o singoli settori, funzioni o unità di un’impresa e le aziende già premiate nelle due edizioni precedenti.
Nella terza fase di valutazione le aziende sono coinvolte in un processo di valutazione con visite in loco da parte di team di valutatori esperti appartenenti a Confindustria, Inail, Apqi e a Accredia, coordinati da un Comitato tecnico scientifico composto da rappresentanti del mondo imprenditoriale, istituzionale e accademico. Al Comitato è affidato anche il compito di redigere la classifica finale e di scegliere le aziende vincitrici all’interno della rosa delle finaliste.
Le categorie dei premi sono suddivise per tipologia di rischio, alto o medio basso, e per dimensione aziendale: imprese con un numero di dipendenti minore o uguale a 50, tra 51 e 250 e oltre 250. Per ogni categoria ci sarà una lista di finaliste, con il premio corrispondente al punteggio ricevuto: “Award” per la fascia più elevata e “Prize” per la successiva. Menzioni speciali sono previste per le imprese che hanno sviluppato progetti specifici, per esempio in tema di formazione/informazione dei lavoratori, gestione degli appalti/subappalti o progetti innovativi in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro. Premi e menzioni hanno un valore simbolico, ma assegnano ampia visibilità a livello nazionale alle imprese finaliste che meglio si stanno impegnando in tema di sicurezza.
