Roma, 30 agosto 2021 – Tendone rotto e rifiuti bottiglie e lattine lasciati sulla battigia. E’ il risultato dall’atto vandalico ai danni di “Mare senza barriere” di Montesilvano, spiaggia che fu molto apprezzata anche dal Ministro per le Disabilità, Erika Stefani, nel corso della sua visita in Abruzzo lo scorso 4 agosto. L’episodio si è verificato tre notti fa. “Sono molto dispiaciuta per gli atti vandalici contro una realtà speciale e di eccellenza che è un esempio e di nuova visione del turismo aperto a tutti. È stato un gesto vile e vergognoso. L’ignoranza e la barbarie non riusciranno a spazzare via la forza e la bellezza delle buone idee”.
“È vergognoso – ha dichiarato il sindaco di Montesilvano Ottavio De Martinis – che in un luogo così simbolico e di grande significato quale è la nostra spiaggia accessibile, lodata a livello nazionale, per significato è indecente, qualcuno abbia deciso di bivaccare la notte arrecando danni, seppur molto limitati. Sono sdegnato per quello che è successo”.
