Roma, 20 maggio 2022 – “L’ANMIL ha 300.000 soci, 300.000 storie che possono diventare utili alla collettività soprattutto in momenti in cui si avviano lavori e progetti importanti come il PNRR. Queste storie possono rappresentare la materia prima con cui costruire per il Paese una nuova via che renda il concetto di sicurezza non solo il politicamente corretto degli annunci e degli appelli, ma una scelta strategica fatta di persone”. Così il Direttore scientifico della Scuola della Testimonianza ANMIL, Sergio Mustica, intervenuto in rappresentanza dell’Associazione presso le Commissioni riunite Affari Costituzionali e Istruzione del Senato. L’audizione era prevista nell’ambito dell’esame del decreto legge per l’attuazione del PNRR.
L’intervento dell’ANMIL si è concentrato sulla necessità, nell’attuazione del Piano, di dedicare la massima attenzione alla diffusione della cultura della sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, attraverso una formazione efficace e partecipata, come quella offerta dai Testimonial per la Sicurezza, persone che hanno subito in prima persona o nella propria famiglia il dramma di un incidente sul lavoro.
Le scuole devono essere il luogo per eccellenza in cui portare queste esperienze, integrando la cultura della sicurezza nei programmi scolastici e veicolando concetti fondamentali come la cultura della legalità e della prevenzione.
“In questi anni l’ANMIL ha formato migliaia di insegnanti, studenti, lavoratori, responsabili della sicurezza, che hanno confermato l’enorme efficacia della testimonianza. La Regione Marche è stata la prima ad istituzionalizzare la figura del Testimonial/Formatore, ma la nostra proposta è che si arrivi al suo riconoscimento su tutto il territorio” ha concluso Mustica.
