Ancona, 11 giugno – Un operaio bengalese, dipendente di una ditta appaltatrice, è stato aggredito sul posto di lavoro nello stabilimento di Fincantieri di Ancona e trasportato all’ospedale di Torrette dov’è in prognosi riservata.
Sul fatto la Procura di Ancona ha aperto un fascicolo d’indagine contro ignoti, per lesioni colpose aggravate dalla violazione delle norme antinfortunistiche e la Squadra Mobile sta indagando in merito.
Il segretario generale della Fiom Cgil, Tiziano Beldomenico, nel corso di una sua dichiarazione, ha denunciato il caso come una cruenta aggressione maturata nell’ambito del fenomeno del caporalato e non di un infortunio sul lavoro.
Dai primi rilievi fatti sulla sicurezza del posto di lavoro è emerso che l’operaio era lontano dal blocco dove lavorava, luogo dove è stato trovato a terra in una pozza di sangue privo di sensi.
In risposta all’episodio è stato indetto uno sciopero dai sindacati Fiom Cgil e Uilm Uil, contro l’illegalità che si celerebbe dietro la catena dei subappalti, che ha registrato una massiccia adesione da parte dei lavori di Fincantieri e delle ditte appaltatrici.
“E’ stato uno sciopero sentito – conferma Beldomenico -, anche se indetto da due sole sigle. In passato – aggiunge – abbiamo raccolto le confidenze di operai percossi e aggrediti fuori dal cantiere, perché non sottostavano al caporalato, ridando al datore di lavoro buona parte dello stipendio preso, ma poi quando si trattava di sporgere denuncia si rifiutavano per paura di perdere il lavoro e quindi anche il permesso di soggiorno. Bisogna trovare il modo di fare emergere questi episodi e di fermarli”.
