Roma, 21 aprile 2020 – Il totale dei medici deceduti dall’inizio dell’epidemia sale a 140. Lo si apprende dalla Federazione nazionale degli ordini dei medici (Fnomceo). Gli ultimi due a lasciarci sono Oscar Ros (specialista in Igiene e Medicina preventiva), colpito da #Covid-19, e Andrea Farioli, le cui cause del decesso sono ancora da accertare ma segnala la Fnomceo, era un medico epidemiologo impegnato nella ricerca su Covid-19. “I morti non fanno rumore, non fanno più rumore del crescere dell’erba, scriveva Ungaretti”, commenta il presidente della Fnomceo, Filippo Anelli. “Eppure – continua – i nomi dei nostri amici, dei nostri colleghi, messi qui, nero su bianco, fanno un rumore assordante. Così come fa rumore il numero degli operatori sanitari contagiati, che costituiscono ormai il 10% del totale. Non possiamo più permettere che i nostri medici, i nostri operatori sanitari, siano mandati a combattere a mani nude contro il virus. È una lotta impari, che fa male a noi, fa male ai cittadini, fa male al paese”.
