Roma, 16 marzo 2022 – È in programma martedì 22 marzo, a partire dalle ore 10.00, su piattaforma Teams, il webinar “Contrasto alla violenza: le emozioni come segnali sociali e regolatori del comportamento”. L’incontro online, un laboratorio emozionale, si rivolge al personale delle Pubbliche amministrazioni aderenti alla Rete nazionale dei Comitati Unici di Garanzia (Cug), della quale il Cug dell’Inail è capofila, che riunisce 275 Amministrazioni, tra Ministeri, Agenzie e Università.
Alla relatrice, Paola Antonini, psicologa, addetta al servizio di prevenzione e protezione del Centro Casaccia e Sede legale Enea, nonché componente del Cug Enea, è affidato il compito di confrontare interpretazioni e prospettive sulla violenza, sulla base di diverse variabili, tra cui l’età anagrafica.
A partire da tali premesse, è possibile comprendere i meccanismi della violenza che ne innescano le forme più gravi e predisporre, con una nuova consapevolezza, tempestive e più efficaci modalità di intervento e gestione.
Questo appuntamento si inserisce nel ciclo di iniziative promosse dal Cug per contrastare ogni forma di violenza e molestia nei luoghi di lavoro, con l’obiettivo di realizzare quanto previsto dalle norme vigenti e ribadito anche nei protocolli sottoscritti dalla Rete nazionale dei Cug nel novembre 2020 (Contrasto alla violenza sulle donne nei luoghi di lavoro) e nel marzo 2021 (PA-ri si cresce: i CUG nelle scuole come ambasciatori delle pari opportunità).
