Roma, 13 novembre 2020 – Con un comunicato l’INAIL ha reso noto che a decorrere dal 5 novembre 2020 è stato nuovamente reso disponibile, per i datori di lavoro interessati, il servizio telematico per l’inoltro delle richieste di visita medica per sorveglianza sanitaria eccezionale.
Il servizio sarà attivo fino al 31 dicembre 2020.
Pertanto, dal 5 novembre 2020 i datori di lavoro pubblici e privati interessati possono nuovamente fare richiesta di visita medica per sorveglianza sanitaria dei lavoratori e delle lavoratrici fragili ai servizi territoriali dell’INAIL tramite l’apposito servizio online.
Al servizio possono accedere gli utenti muniti di credenziali dispositive. Per gli utenti non registrati le credenziali possono essere acquisite tramite:
- Spid;
- Inps;
- Carta nazionale dei servizi (Cns);
- INAIL, con l’invio dell’apposito modulo da inoltrare attraverso i servizi online o da consegnare presso le sedi territoriali INAIL.
A seguito dell’inoltro della richiesta – dal datore di lavoro o da un suo delegato – viene individuato il medico della sede territoriale più vicina al domicilio del lavoratore.
Nel comunicato è stato anche evidenziato che il medico, dopo aver valutato la condizione di fragilità, debba esprimere il giudizio di idoneità fornendo indicazioni per l’adozione di soluzioni maggiormente cautelative per la salute del lavoratore o della lavoratrice per fronteggiare il rischio da SARS-CoV-2, riservando il giudizio di non idoneità temporanea solo ai casi che non consentano soluzioni alternative.
La tariffa dovuta all’INAIL dal datore di lavoro per la singola prestazione effettuata dal medico è stata fissata in € 50,85 dal decreto ministeriale del 23 luglio 2020.
