Domanda:
Salve, ho subito un infortunio sul lavoro con trauma costale e prognosi di giorni 30. Dall’INAIL mi hanno comunicato che posso rientrare al lavoro ma io mi sento ansioso, depresso ed ho la pressione arteriosa alta. Posso riaprire la pratica e cosa devo fare?

Gentile signore,
qualora si manifestino sintomi, dipendenti dall’infortunio, tali da non consentire di continuare a prestare correttamente l’attività lavorativa, è possibile richiedere nuovamente all’INAIL il riconoscimento dell’inabilità temporanea assoluta (riapertura della temporanea). Quasi sempre è il medico di famiglia a certificare la riammissione in temporanea. Il lavoratore che accusi una ricaduta dopo la regolare ripresa lavorativa, deve informare il datore di lavoro dell’impossibilità di proseguire il lavoro a causa dell’infortunio occorso in precedenza ed inviare il certificato medico con cui si attesta l’avvenuta ricaduta, con tutti i riferimenti dell’infortunio pregresso, sia al datore che all’INAIL.
Ovviamente la riapertura della temporanea è condizionata al benestare del medico INAIL che dovrà effettuare una visita di conferma.
Può comunque rivolgersi al Patronato ANMIL, anche attraverso il numero verde 800 180 943, qualora necessitasse di ulteriori e più approfondite informazioni e/o assistenza in merito.
