Buongiorno, sono andata al pronto soccorso e mi hanno dato dei giorno per un infortunio sul lavoro. Successivamente mi sono sempre rivolta al mio medico curante per il prolungamento. Per chiudere l’infortunio mi rivolgo sempre al medico curante? Grazie.

Gentile signora, per la chiusura dell’infortunio deve rivolgersi direttamente all’INAIL. Spetta, infatti, al medico dell’INAIL rilasciare apposito certificato di chiusura dell’infortunio. Nello specifico, allo scadere dei giorni di prognosi indicati nel certificato medico il lavoratore deve recarsi presso gli ambulatori INAIL per lo svolgimento della visita medica alla quale seguirà un nuovo appuntamento nel caso della prosecuzione dell’infortunio e dell’astensione dal lavoro con contestuale emissione di un certificato medico per il datore di lavoro oppure si procederà con il rilascio di un certificato di chiusura dell’infortunio da consegnare in azienda ai fini della ripresa della normale attività lavorativa. Può comunque rivolgersi al Patronato ANMIL, anche attraverso il numero verde 800 180 943, qualora necessitasse di ulteriori informazioni e/o assistenza in merito. Cordiali saluti.
