Domanda:
Buongiorno, la mia rendita decorre dal 10 marzo 2010. Mi sono sottoposto a visite di verifica al secondo, quarto e settimo anno come previsto dalla normativa. Allo stato sono scaduti i dieci anni e non sono stato convocato per la visita. Chiedo se stante la scadenza ormai dei 10 anni senza verifica la mia rendita diventata perpetua e non più verificabile. Grazie.

Gentile signore,
in merito al Suo quesito, si precisa che l’ultima visita di revisione della rendita per infortunio, cioè quella fissata al decimo anno, è soggetta al termine di decadenza di un anno dal compimento del decennio, pertanto può essere richiesta dall’infortunato o disposta dall’INAIL entro 10 anni +1 dalla data di decorrenza della rendita.
Detto ciò, dalle informazioni che ci ha fornito, l’INAIL potrà disporre l’ultima visita di revisione entro il 10 marzo 2020.
Può comunque rivolgersi al Patronato ANMIL a Lei più vicino, anche attraverso il numero verde 800 180 943, qualora necessitasse di ulteriori informazioni e/o assistenza.
