siglano con ANMIL Toscana un Protocollo d’intesa

per promuovere la diffusione della “Cultura della sicurezza”

 

Firenze, 14 giugno 2021Sviluppare il tema della cultura della sicurezza attraverso tutte quelle politiche sociali e formative che consentono la crescita di un territorio e la sua evoluzione a partire dal mondo dei giovani sin dai primi banchi di scuola è la principale finalità del Protocollo d’Intesa che la Regione Toscana e l’Ufficio Scolastico regionale per la Toscana sottoscrivono con l’ANMIL (Associazione Nazionale fra Lavoratori Mutilati e Invalidi del Lavoro) lunedì 14 giugno, alle ore 13.00, a Firenze nel Palazzo Strozzi Sacrati, sede della Regione Toscana (Piazza Duomo n. 10).
L’accordo è frutto di una serie di scambi e confronti sulla necessità di rendere concreta la sensibilizzazione e la formazione in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro per trasformare in un modo di vivere il valore della prevenzione, grazie all’impegno del Presidente regionale ANMIL Vincenzo Municchi che per mesi si è adoperato affinché si giungesse alla firma di questo Protocollo, grazie al quale si avvieranno nei prossimi mesi attività e iniziative che vedranno protagonisti i Testimonial dell’ANMIL formati grazie alla “Scuola della testimonianza”.
Il Protocollo è firmato per la Regione Toscana dal Presidente della Regione Eugenio Giani, dall’Assessora all’Istruzione, Formazione professionale, Università e Ricerca, Impiego, Relazioni internazionali e politiche di genere Alessandra Nardini e dall’Assessore al Diritto alla salute e sanità Simone Bezzini, per l’Ufficio scolastico regionale per la Toscana dal Direttore generale Ernesto Pellecchia e per l’ANMIL – in rappresentanza del Presidente ANMIL Toscana Vincenzo Municchi – dal Vice Presidente dell’ANMIL Toscana Max Mallegni che da oltre 20 anni incontra nelle scuole gli studenti di ogni ordine e grado. Per l’Associazione prendono parte anche: il Consigliere nazionale ANMIL Giorgio Malatesta e il Presidente ANMIL di Firenze Evaretto Niccolai.
“Vogliamo costruire, insieme alle Istituzioni, nuovi strumenti di azione e formazione – dichiara Municchi – e per farlo abbiamo individuato tre pilastri fondamentali: ricerca, sperimentazione e modellizzazione. Perché crediamo che, attraverso l’utilizzo della formazione come strumento mirato, la scuola diventi per le nuove generazioni un luogo dove sviluppare la cultura della sicurezza e un concreto mezzo di reinserimento lavorativo per gli infortunati. L’ANMIL – continua Municchi –  è in questa sede per festeggiare un fondamentale passo fatto insieme alla Regione Toscana e l’Ufficio Scolastico regionale per la Toscana per dire a tutti che si assume la responsabilità di essere presente concretamente”.
“Ci impegniamo ad essere instancabili promotori della Legge 68, che sta invecchiando senza aver espresso ancora pienamente il suo potenziale. Ci proponiamo – afferma Mallegni – con un ruolo di consulenti qualificati per la gestione del disability management tanto verso gli Enti Pubblici, quanto verso le aziende private. Cerchiamo di portare il valore della testimonianza agli studenti e ai lavoratori per prevenire, ma vorremmo dire per cancellare, gli infortuni sul lavoro. I nostri Associati sono testimonianza viva di come un infortunio non debba spegnere la vita lavorativa e l’impegno di un individuo. Sono l’esempio di come, attraverso un percorso di formazione e di reinserimento, si possa assumere dopo un infortunio un nuovo importante ruolo nel mondo lavorativo e nella società. Vogliamo dire – continua Mallegni – a chiunque abbia subito un infortunio che può rivolgersi a noi, insieme troveremo un percorso di ascolto delle sue necessità, di valorizzazione delle sue competenze, di formazione mirata e questo è l’obiettivo del reinserimento lavorativo. Vogliamo dire agli Enti pubblici e alle aziende che insieme possiamo trasformare un obbligo in un’opportunità. In questa direzione va l’importante sforzo che stiamo compiendo nell’ambito delle Politiche Attive del Lavoro – conclude Mallegni – coniugando formazione e servizi al lavoro, per essere interlocutori e più ancora partner di Enti e aziende nella gestione del personale. ‘La cultura della sicurezza’ sottoscritta in questo Protocollo sancisce il presupposto, ora ognuno di noi si dovrà impegnare a tradurla in pratica”.
