24 settembre 2019 – “Il Tavolo sulla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro che si è tenuto ieri presso il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali è un segnale di forte attenzione al tema degli incidenti e delle morti sul lavoro, che fa seguito alle dichiarazioni di impegno espresse dal Governo appena pochi giorni fa. Come Associazione in prima linea nella lotta a questo tragico fenomeno l’ANMIL non può che essene soddisfatta ed auspicare che questi incontri possano rappresentare il punto di partenza per iniziative concrete ed incisive”. Così il Presidente Nazionale dell’ANMIL Zoello Forni commenta l’avvio del Tavolo di confronto aperto ieri tra Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, Ministero della Salute, Conferenza Stato-Regioni, INAIL, INL, INPS e Parti Sociali.
“Come Associazione che rappresenta le vittime di infortuni e malattie professionali ci saremmo tuttavia aspettati un coinvolgimento nel Tavolo, che ci auguriamo possa avvenire nelle prossime riunioni ha proseguito Forni considerato che l’ANMIL è stata nominata tra i componenti della Commissione Consultiva per la salute e sicurezza sul lavoro”.
Il Tavolo è stato aperto dal neo Ministro del Lavoro Nunzia Catalfo, secondo la quale il fenomeno degli incidenti sul lavoro è un’emergenza che va affrontata attraverso il confronto con le parti sociali, con cui avviare un dialogo costruttivo e arrivare a delle proposte condivise finalizzate all’attuazione e all’aggiornamento del Decreto Legislativo 81, soprattutto a seguito dei gravi e frequenti episodi infortunistici.
Anche il Ministro della Salute, Roberto Speranza, nel corso del suo intervento, ha messo in rilievo la necessità di accendere un faro su questa problematica che assume i connotati di una vera priorità da affrontare insieme per provare a costruire una proposta organica che valorizzi o integri quanto fatto in questi anni: su questo tema, ha ribadito il Ministro, “mettiamo tutto il peso e la forza del Governo”.
In tutti gli interventi svolti dai rappresentati sindacali, è emerso l’apprezzamento per il segnale di sensibilità dato dai Ministeri con la convocazione del Tavolo. Sinergia e collaborazione, semplificazione e interpretazione univoca delle norme, contrasto delle gare al massimo ribasso, aggiornamento del Testo unico sulla salute e sicurezza, banche dati condivise, stanziamenti di risorse, rafforzamento del corpo ispettivo e dei controlli, lotta al Caporalato, formazione mirata e coordinamento degli incentivi agli investimenti in sicurezza delle imprese: sono i principali punti sui quali si è trovata intesa fra Istituzioni e Parti Sociali per avviare il piano straordinario di prevenzione e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro già inserito nel programma dell’Esecutivo.
“L’obiettivo di questo Governo è garantire tutele a chi lavora e contrastare le numerose morti sul lavoro”, ha dichiarato il Ministro Catalfo che ha annunciato, a breve scadenza, un prossimo incontro per entrare nel vivo della fase operativa.
