IL COMUNE DI GAETA E L’ANMIL FIRMANO UN PROTOCOLLO D’INTESA
PER CONSOLIDARE SINERGICAMENTE
ATTIVITÀ PER LA SICUREZZA E SALUTE SUL LAVORO
Gaeta, 17 febbraio 2021 – Promuovere collaborazioni sinergiche volte a tutelare e valorizzare le persone che hanno subito un infortunio sul lavoro. È questo il principale obiettivo che il Comune di Gaeta e ANMIL (Associazione Nazionale fra Mutilati e Invalidi del Lavoro) intendono perseguire attraverso il protocollo d’intesa siglato questa mattina nell’Aula Consiliare.
Hanno presenziato alla Cerimonia, il Sindaco di Gaeta Cosmo Mitrano e il Presidente Nazionale ANMIL Zoello Forni, firmatari del protocollo, affiancati dai delegati allo sport Luigi Ridolfi e alle politiche del welfare Lucia Maltempo, dal Vice Presidente Nazionale ANMIL Debora Spagnuolo, dal Presidente ANMIL Lazio Alberto Verzulli e dal Presidente ANMIL Latina Anna Maria Ferreri.
“Va rivolto un plauso all’ANMIL – dichiara il Sindaco Cosmo Mitrano – e al suo Presidente Forni per la capacità di saper coinvolgere il territorio grazie ad una proficua collaborazione che oggi andiamo ad instaurare. Uniamo le forze impegnandoci sempre più nel divulgare e diffondere la cultura della sicurezza e della legalità quali elementi fondamentali della nostra società. Dobbiamo inoltre impiegare le nostre energie nel perseguire tutte quelle azioni necessarie a garantire soluzioni condivise ed efficaci in tema di prevenzione degli infortuni. Altrettanto importante è porre attenzione alle problematiche legate alla disabilità e per questo saremo impegnati in attività di informazione, formazione, assistenza, consulenza, con l’intento di diffondere tra la popolazione, ad ogni livello e in ogni contesto, la cultura della prevenzione dei rischi, della legalità e dell’inclusione sociale dei cittadini più fragili. Una collaborazione – conclude Mitrano – che vede il Comune di Gaeta ed ANMIL mettere in campo tutte quelle iniziative e campagne di sensibilizzazione rivolte soprattutto ai più giovani quali lavoratori e cittadini del futuro”.
“Sono parole importanti, quelle del Sindaco Mitrano – commenta Zoello Forni – in un periodo in cui nel nostro Paese si sta assistendo ad una preoccupante situazione legata agli infortuni e alle morti sul lavoro, a fronte anche dell’attuale pandemia che sta sconvolgendo gli equilibri in ambito sia professionale sia personale. La prevenzione degli infortuni e la salvaguardia della vita umana sono un obbligo morale per la società; sono azioni necessarie che, attraverso la formazione e l’informazione, devono essere rivolte a tutti i cittadini, con particolare attenzione ai giovani che spesso si avvicinano al lavoro senza la dovuta formazione ed esperienza”.
“Dalla stipulazione di questo protocollo – conclude Forni – emerge quanto sia importante rendere sensibile l’opinione pubblica a temi importanti come la sicurezza sul lavoro. Il protocollo sottoscritto oggi rafforza i legami con il Comune di Gaeta, già attento alle politiche di tutela sociale e solidaristica, per rafforzare le sue azioni verso il condiviso obiettivo del miglioramento dei servizi ai cittadini”.
“Questo accordo – dichiara Debora Spagnuolo – vuole mettere in luce l’importanza della collaborazione e dei positivi risultati che possono scaturire da una partnership con i Comuni e in questo caso quello di Gaeta, il cui Sindaco ha dimostrato di avere un profondo interesse per le questioni di carattere sociale e verso le fasce più deboli e fragili. Personalmente oggi come Vice Presidente Nazionale ANMIL – conclude Spagnuolo – potrò dare un contributo maggiore al territorio che ben conosco e che so che potrà trasformare in risorsa preziosa quel mondo che è la disabilità e che troppo spesso viene emarginato”.
Il protocollo d’intesa impegnano il Comune di Gaeta e l’ANMIL a promuovere e realizzare: azioni di inclusione delle categorie più fragili; un progetto di educazione alle legalità e alla sicurezza in collaborazione con gli Istituti scolastici di ogni ordine e grado; azioni formative per il personale del Comune e di informazione e controllo su quello delle imprese fornitrici, anche attraverso l’istituzione di una giornata comunale dedicata alle sicurezze; un’azione con la medicina del lavoro dell’ASL per sviluppare obiettivi sperimentali con l’obiettivo di ridurre gli infortuni sul lavoro e quelli domestici; un piano specifico per l’inclusione lavorativa delle categorie deboli – anche in possibile collaborazione con la Pastorale Diocesana del Lavoro e i Centri per l’Impiego – preventivando l’apertura di un’Agenzia del Lavoro ANMIL sul territorio di Gaeta; un’azione sperimentale come Progetto Pilota di inserimento disabili, partendo dagli sport acquatici e in collaborazione con le Società sportive locali; un progetto di turismo inclusivo e senza barriere volto in particolare a favorire la destagionalizzazione dell’offerta turistica del territorio comunale; progetti congiunti per rispondere a Bandi europei, nazionali e regionali sui temi della sicurezza e dell’inclusione.
