“MILLE GIORNI CONTRO IL CAPORALATO E LO SFRUTTAMENTO DEL LAVORO”
ANMIL E AIC PROMUOVONO UN INCONTRO PER FARE IL PUNTO SU PROSPETTIVE E CRITICITÀ

Roma, 19 novembre 2019 – A tre anni dall’approvazione del disegno di legge contro il cosiddetto Caporalato, ANMIL e AIC (Associazione Italiana Coltivatori), insieme al Magistrato della Corte di Cassazione e docente universitario Bruno Giordano, promuovono oggi un Convegno volto a valutarne efficacia e risultati, nella Sala del Parlamentino INAIL (Via IV Novembre, 144).
Durante i “Mille giorni” di vigore della legge del 29 ottobre 2016 n. 199 sul contrasto al caporalato e allo sfruttamento del lavoro è emersa una piaga sociale e una realtà criminosa molto ampia e diffusa su tutto il territorio nazionale e in due settori in modo specifico, quali l’agricoltura e l’edilizia. Numerosi aspetti al riguardo sotto il profilo penale, processuale, amministrativo, lavoristico, sindacale, previdenziale, investigativo, economico, concorrenziale, sociologico e, non ultimo, umanitario, impongono un bilancio sulla sua applicazione, un’analisi delle criticità e un confronto sui possibili miglioramenti degli strumenti di contrasto.
Affinché il dibattito sia costruttivo su un tema di così vaste proporzioni, sono stati coinvolti alcuni tra i massimi rappresentanti istituzionali in materia, oltre al Presidente AIC Giuseppino Santoianni e al Presidente nazionale ANMIL Zoello Forni: il Magistrato Bruno Giordano; il Componente della Commissione Lavoro del Senato Tommaso Nannicini; il Presidente dell’INAIL Franco Bettoni e la Responsabile Ufficio Salute e Sicurezza ANMIL Maria Giovannone. Coordina i lavori la Direttrice del Tg3 Rai Giuseppina Paterniti.
Partecipa all’evento anche il giovane illustratore Michele Russo nel ruolo di facilitatore grafico.
