17 dicembre 2019 – L’Aula del Senato ha approvato, con voto di fiducia, il disegno di legge di Bilancio per il 2020. Il via libera è avvenuto su un maxiemendamento presentato nella giornata di ieri e, a quanto si apprende da notizie di stampa, non dovrebbe subire cambiamenti alla Camera. I tempi ristretti per l’approvazione, infatti, non consentirebbero in caso di modifiche un nuovo passaggio parlamentare entro la fine dell’anno.
Il testo approvato dal Senato conferma le diverse misure annunciate in tema di disabilità, prima fra tutte l’istituzione di un nuovo fondo, denominato “Fondo per la disabilità e la non autosufficienza”, destinato a dare attuazione a interventi in materia di disabilità finalizzati al riordino e alla sistematizzazione delle relative politiche di sostegno. Nell’ultima versione della norma il fondo avrà una dotazione di 29 milioni di euro per l’anno 2020, 200 milioni di euro per l’anno 2021 e 300 milioni di euro annui a decorrere dall’anno 2022.
Per il 2020 vengono inoltre incrementati sia il Fondo per la non autosufficienza, già esistente a legislazione vigente, stanziando ulteriori 50 milioni di euro, sia il Fondo per il diritto al lavoro dei disabili, con un aumento di 5 milioni di euro. Incrementato anche il Fondo per l’assistenza alle persone con disabilità grave prive del sostegno familiare, con ulteriori 2 milioni di euro per l’anno 2020.

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
