19 dicembre 2019 – Si è tenuto venerdì 13 dicembre l’atteso incontro tra la Ministra del Lavoro e Politiche Sociali Nunzia Catalfo ed una delegazione del Forum del Terzo Settore guidata dalla Portavoce Claudia Fiaschi. In discussione i temi riguardanti l’attuazione della riforma ma anche lo sblocco dei fondi per il sostegno ai progetti delle associazioni, dato che gli effetti del cambio di governo si sono riverberati negativamente sull’adozione dei numerosi provvedimenti ancora necessari oltre che sull’attività ordinaria. Per Claudia Fiaschi «è stato un incontro positivo», durante il quale «la Ministra ha preso alcuni importanti impegni: un incremento di risorse per il fondo progetti per l’associazionismo e il volontariato, il riavvio del percorso di alcuni importanti decreti: attività diverse, schemi di bilancio, raccolta fondi, vigilanza delle imprese sociali, 5×1000». A breve verrà riconvocato il Consiglio nazionale del Terzo Settore che potrà valutare l’andamento del percorso di istituzione del RUNTS (registro unico nazionale del terzo settore) il cui decreto istitutivo è al vaglio della Conferenza delle Regioni. Il Consiglio affronterà anche il tema delicato delle regole di rapporto tra le Pubbliche Amministrazioni e le organizzazioni di Terzo settore che rappresentano una delle parti più innovative ed interessanti della riforma. Per quanto riguarda i crediti che le organizzazioni vantano nei confronti del Ministero c’è l’impegno a farvi fronte a partire dal mese di febbraio prossimo, più tempo ci vorrà per le somme andate in perenzione amministrativa, che saranno disponibili nella seconda metà dell’anno.
