14 ottobre 2019 – Con un recente messaggio, l’INPS ha precisato le nuove regole per ottenere gli assegni familiari maggiorati per i figli disabili inclusi nel nucleo familiare. Mentre prima l’autorizzazione dell’Inps all’assegno maggiorato veniva concessa in automatico in presenza dell’accesso all’indennità di frequenza e/o in base alla percezione dell’assegno di accompagnamento per il figlio disabile, ora diventa necessario il parere del medico legale dell’INPS. Con il messaggio n. 3604 del 4 ottobre 2019, l’Istituto ha infatti stabilito che il diritto alla percezione degli assegni familiari maggiorati dovrà essere concesso previo via libera da parte del medico legale INPS. Quindi non sarà più sufficiente che il figlio inabile acceda alla indennità mensile di frequenza o sia titolare di assegno di accompagnamento per beneficiare dell’ANF maggiorato.
