22 luglio ’19. Il Presidente nazionale dell’ANMIL Zoello Forni sarà domani in audizione presso l’XI Commissione Lavoro della Camera dei deputati. Tema dell’incontro, la proposta di legge n. 1266 d’iniziativa dell’ On. Speranza ed altri in materia di vigilanza e sicurezza sul lavoro nonché di prevenzione, assicurazione contro gli infortuni sul lavoro e le malattie professionali. Forni, affiancato dall’Avv. Maria Giovannone, Responsabile dell’Ufficio Salute e Sicurezza dell’ANMIL, risponderà alle domande dei Deputati con pareri e valutazioni sui nodi più importanti della proposta di legge che riguardano nello specifico le disposizioni volte e distinguere le funzioni di controllo (proprie dell’Ispettorato nazionale del lavoro), da quelle di consulenza e prevenzione (proprie dell’INAIL), nonché a modificare il meccanismo di oscillazione del tasso per prevenzione degli infortuni nei luoghi di lavoro. Tra le altre cose, l’iniziativa di legge prevede un apposito decreto interministeriale per la predisposizione di un piano per l’assunzione degli ispettori del lavoro.
