Roma, 13 settembre 2021 – Al fine di assicurare il più efficace ed efficiente processo di verifica del possesso delle certificazioni verdi COVID-19 nell’ambito scolastico statale, per mezzo di una funzionalità che consenta una verifica quotidiana e automatizzata del solo personale in servizio presso la singola istituzione scolastica, è stato emanato il decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri del 10 settembre 2021. Il provvedimento reca infatti disposizioni inerenti la modalità semplificate di verifica del possesso delle certificazioni verdi COVID-19 da parte del personale scolastico, e contestuali modifiche al decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri del 17 giugno 2021.
Precisamente, il provvedimento ha previsto che il Ministero della Salute debba rendere disponibile, agli uffici scolastici regionali e alle scuole statali del sistema nazionale di istruzione, un’apposita funzionalità che consenta una verifica quotidiana e automatizzata del possesso delle certificazioni verdi COVID-19 del solo personale in servizio presso la singola istituzione scolastica mediante un’interazione (descritta nell’allegato G dello stesso D.P.C.M. 10 settembre) tra il sistema informativo dell’istruzione-Sidi e la piattaforma nazionale-DGC.
Nel D.P.C.M. 10 settembre 2021 si legge che tale funzionalità consentirà esclusivamente di verificare il possesso di una certificazione verde COVID-19 in corso di validità del personale effettivamente presente in servizio, senza rivelare le ulteriori informazioni conservate, o comunque trattate, nell’ambito della piattaforma nazionale-DGC.
Previsto altresì che la verifica del possesso della certificazione verde COVID-19 debba avvenire prima dell’accesso del personale interessato nella sede ove presta servizio.
