Roma, 30 ottobre 2019 – “Sebbene fosse già stato nominato dalla fine di luglio, attendevamo con grande concitazione l’insediamento del nuovo Presidente dell’INAIL che, per la prima volta nella storia dell’Istituto, ha visto designare al suo vertice un rappresentante della nostra categoria scelto non solo per questa sua peculiare condizione che ne fa un ‘esperto sul campo’, ma in quanto profondo conoscitore della mission e delle attività dell’INAIL essendo stato per quasi un decennio rappresentante dell’ANMIL all’interno del CIV INAIL mentre svolgeva il ruolo di Presidente dell’Associazione che da oltre 75 anni si occupa della tutela delle vittime del lavoro e raccoglie oltre 350.000 iscritti”, commenta così compiaciuto e commosso la notizia l’attuale Presidente ANMIL, Zoello Forni.
Per l’Associazione – nata come ente pubblico nel 1943 e trasformata in ente morale nel 1979 mantenendo la rappresentatività della categoria – salutare come nuovo Presidente dell’INAIL colui che ne ha ricoperto la carica di Presidente nazionale per oltre 10 anni, diventa un motivo di soddisfazione e di plauso ad un governo che conferma così di voler dare un segnale concreto di sensibilità e impegno.
“Siamo certi – conclude Forni – che il background di Franco Bettoni caratterizzerà il suo impegno nell’Istituto e non mancherà di dare il suo contributo di confronto e dialogo nella lotta agli incidenti sul lavoro e nella tutela delle vittime; per questo rivolgiamo, oggi, con sentita stima al neo Presidente i nostri migliori auguri di buon lavoro”.
