Roma, 9 novembre 2021 – A due mesi dall’inizio della scuola, sono stati modificati ieri i protocolli di gestione dei casi risultati positivi al Covid-19 nelle scuole al fine di garantire il più possibile le lezioni in presenza.
Secondo le nuove indicazioni, la quarantena scatta automaticamente solo in base a un piccolo focolaio con tre casi in una classe mentre l’isolamento dei casi, la quarantena dei contatti e le tempistica per il rientro in classe sono sotto la responsabilità delle autorità sanitarie. Sarà compito del dirigente scolastico o di un suo delegato, come prima azione, informare il Dipartimento di Prevenzione (DdP) della presenza del caso positivo a scuola, individuare i “contatti scolastici”, ossia “i bambini appartenenti alla stessa sezione/gruppo del caso positivo per i servizi educativi per l’infanzia e le scuole dell’infanzia”, “i compagni di classe del caso positivo (per la scuola primaria e secondaria)”, “il personale scolastico che ha svolto attività in presenza per almeno 4 ore nello stesso ambiente del caso positivo”. Poi può sospendere “temporaneamente le attività didattiche in presenza per i contatti scolastici”, “trasmettere ai contatti scolastici le indicazioni standardizzate preventivamente predisposte dal DdP” e “segnalare al DdP i contatti scolastici individuati”.
Il nuovo protocollo prevede inoltre provvedimenti di responsabilità dell’autorità sanitaria diversi a seconda della fascia d’età degli alunni e dello status vaccinale. In presenza di un caso positivo, i compagni di classe fanno un test il prima possibile, definito “T0”. Se il risultato è negativo si potrà rientrare a scuola. Poi andrà fatto un altro test dopo 5 giorni; nel caso di due positivi i vaccinati o negativizzati negli ultimi sei mesi faranno la sorveglianza con testing, i non vaccinati la quarantena; nel caso di tre positivi va invece in quarantena tutta la classe.
I servizi per l’infanzia seguono invece un iter diverso. Per i più piccoli infatti è previsto un test immediato e una quarantena di dieci giorni, al termine della quale dovranno effettuare un test; per i loro insegnanti la valutazione è in carico alle autorità sanitarie e dipende da tempo di permanenza nella stanza e dal contatto diretto con il caso positivo. Il preside può sospendere “in via eccezionale ed urgente” le lezioni nel caso in cui le autorità sanitarie “siano impossibilitate ad intervenire tempestivamente”. Ma agirà in base ad una serie di indicazioni predeterminate, dettate dalla circolare, ovvero: informa la Asl, individua i “contatti scolastici” e per loro sospende temporaneamente le lezioni, “trasmette ai contatti scolastici le indicazioni standardizzate preventivamente predisposte dal DdP” e “segnala al DdP i contatti scolastici individuati”. I dati sui vaccinati non sono nella disponibilità della scuola e “quindi non vanno trattati”.
