IL PORTALE ANMIL
Il team dell’Ufficio Comunicazione della Direzione Generale si occupa quotidianamente dell’aggiornamento del portale. L’Ufficio si avvale sia del supporto delle sedi territoriali che comunicano attraverso le pagine regionali e provinciali le molte iniziative che l’ANMIL svolge su tutto il territorio, che degli abbonamenti alle agenzie ANSA e Data Stampa, che permettono il monitoraggio costante delle tematiche di interesse oltre alla predisposizione di una rassegna stampa nazionale e locale che viene pubblicata periodicamente sul sito. Il portale si avvale, inoltre, della collaborazione di esperti del settore della sicurezza sul lavoro e di professionisti dell’informazione che contribuiscono alla pubblicazione di rubriche volte ad approfondire i vari aspetti degli argomenti di interesse per i Soci. Il sito dell’Associazione è stato oggetto, a maggio 2019, di un restyling che ha rivoluzionato e semplificato quello che è il principale punto di riferimento per gli associati, nonché biglietto da visita verso l’esterno sia a livello nazionale che territoriale.
CALL CENTER
Prosegue il nostro Servizio di “CALL CENTER”, a disposizione dei Soci attraverso un unico numero verde totalmente gratuito anche per chi chiama dai telefoni cellulari. È gestito da personale altamente qualificato che risponde con prontezza ai bisogni degli utenti trovando soluzioni ai problemi esposti. Il Numero Verde ANMIL 800.180943, è attivo dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 13.00 e dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 17.00. Rispondiamo ad un totale di circa 7200 chiamate l’anno che corrispondono a circa 600 chiamate al mese.
ATTIVITÀ DI PROMOZIONE
Proselitismo e presenza attiva sul territorio sono al centro dell’attività associazionistica. L’ANMIL destina parte del vostro 5×1000 alle diverse azioni svolte per la ricerca di nuovi iscritti e sostenitori dell’Associazione. I collaboratori e i responsabili, attraverso incontri conoscitivi su tutto il territorio, sono costantemente impegnati nell’incremento del corpo associativo. Gli eventi promossi contribuiscono a migliorare i rapporti con i già Soci, quelli di recente iscrizione e quelli non ancora iscritti, nonché a risolvere problematiche di vario genere nei confronti degli assistiti. Nel periodo di riferimento sono stati iscritti 1.063 nuovi soci, titolari di rendita INAIL.
IL PERIODICO ASSOCIATIVO OBIETTIVO TUTELA
La rivista rappresenta il principale strumento di informazione associativa e viene spedita semestralmente in tutt’Italia agli iscritti. Il giornale prevede anche l’invio di approssimativamente 80.000 copie di circa 35 tipologie di supplementi, a carattere territoriale, e di altri 380.000 bollettini postali. Tra i compiti che l’Ufficio Comunicazione assolve in tal senso vi sono: la redazione, la predisposizione e la stesura dei contenuti del giornale, la revisione degli inserti, nonché la cura dell’impaginazione grafica dei prodotti. Ciascun numero del periodico viene pubblicato sul sito dell’ANMIL. Le Sezioni pubblicano i file in formato pdf dei supplementi sulle pagine locali del sito con l’obiettivo di dare la massima visibilità alle attività promosse dai territori. Ogni anno vengono stampati, oltre ai 2 numeri di Obiettivo Tutela, circa 35 supplementi.
SPESE DI ORGANIZZAZIONE EVENTI E CONCORSI
La presenza attiva sul territorio e la costante interlocuzione con la società civile e con le istituzioni sono lo strumento più efficace per sensibilizzare l’opinione pubblica sui temi di interesse dell’Associazione. Accompagnare tutti i soggetti coinvolti alla realizzazione concreta di azioni che siano in grado di smuovere con decisione le acque della materia è l’obiettivo degli eventi e dei Concorsi promossi dall’ANMIL attraverso la Direzione Generale e le sedi territoriali. Con la partecipazione di rappresentanti sindacali, parti sociali e enti operanti nel settore, l’ANMIL è impegnata nella promozione di iniziative formative, sportive, celebrative, commemorative, ricreative e turistico-culturali.
