Roma, 25 maggio – Un antifurto che attiva una sirena quando qualcuno parcheggia abusivamente in uno stallo riservato ai disabili. Parte a Genova il sistema di protezione dei parcheggi delle persone con disabilità, per evitare la sosta di chi non è autorizzato. Nei giorni scorsi sono stati installati dieci apparecchi in altrettanti stalli, che saranno in sperimentazione gratuita per il Comune di Genova per un anno.
Il dispositivo viene installato a terra, nello spazio sosta riservato, e tramite un sensore collegato al Wi-Fi verifica l’occupazione dell’area da parte di un autoveicolo, attivando un allarme in presenza di veicoli non autorizzati, che si interrompe quando il parcheggio viene liberato dal trasgressore o se viene disattivato con il telecomando in dotazione al titolare della concessione. Il sensore è conosciuto come Place4Me o Tommy (quest’ultimo dal nome del figlio disabile dell’ideatore) e offerto da un raggruppamento di aziende che si è aggiudicato la gara indetta da Aci Infomobility spa.
A richiedere l’attivazione del progetto era stata la Consulta comunale dei disabili e il Comune ha sottoscritto un protocollo d’intesa con Aci Infomobility spa. Attualmente a Genova ci sono 220 stalli personalizzati, assegnati cioè a un disabile particolare, a cui si aggiungono 1.050 stalli liberi, sui quali possono parcheggiare tutti i titolari di contrassegno. La sperimentazione riguarda dieci stalli personalizzati in diversi Municipi, scelti tra quelli per i quali la Polizia Locale ha ricevuto più segnalazioni di occupazione abusiva.
